During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 13849748 Main Line - Multiple pipe penetrations to hood are missing seals - Client Decision - Remove back shelf over range and current coverage can remain. If shelf stays in place re-pipe the nozzle coverage below shelf **If shelf is removed misc pipe material and some labor can be removed from below total - Relocate plenum nozzles and face all nozzle the same direction Cafe - Relocate plenum nozzle Repair of these deficiencies is essential to overall life safety.
