I arrived to the jobsite as they were wrapping up the job I had given to them to complete. The team explained everything they did and efficiently walked me through the problem and how they resolved the issue as well as all the details of what they had done. They showed me the materials that were removed which was a big help for me to understand the magnitude of the problem they resolved.
