we had previously had a horrible person install floors which had to be ripped up and redone. Northside Floors came in and made a disaster into what we originally wanted beautiful floors. Jamey was very kind and patient with us in helping get what we originally wanted. If any one wants a great job, detailed work Jamey is the man for the job! You really need to appreciate the kind of man he has and the integrity he has for your company. The staff was great, both sales and installation. My issue is with the finished appearance. Specifically, it appears the floor was not sanded deep enough. There are many joints that do not quit sit flat enough. It is real obvious when the light hits it just right. My installer Daniel (a great guy) thought each coat of poly would solve the problem, but it just didn't have the desired result. Also, the original "T" strip for transition did not work and I have yet to receive a replacement. Again, Cindy and Daniel are great people and tried to please as best they could and I appreciate their effort.

We installed new spindles. Sanded hand rails and posts. Resanded the hardwood floors to dark stain. Beautiful job when finished

Dream Weaver Carpet has been ordered and installation is set for a nice Marquis Style carpet in a Canvas color. This will truly enhance the rooms giving them a fresh and new appearance.
