The staff was great, both sales and installation. My issue is with the finished appearance. Specifically, it appears the floor was not sanded deep enough. There are many joints that do not quit sit flat enough. It is real obvious when the light hits it just right. My installer Daniel (a great guy) thought each coat of poly would solve the problem, but it just didn't have the desired result. Also, the original "T" strip for transition did not work and I have yet to receive a replacement. Again, Cindy and Daniel are great people and tried to please as best they could and I appreciate their effort.
