The guys were very professional during the install and load/unload process. Was disappointed with the post-install clean up - several screws found on the floor and not all of the sawdust was vacuumed.

Scott, you have my sincere apologies regarding the clean-up. I spoke to the team, and they said they did a "sweep" for screws and sawdust and picked up what they saw. They obviously didn't do it well enough. FYI, if you had called me regarding this, I would have sent someone over or come to clean it up myself. We have already spoken about clean up methods and why we might have overlooked something on your installation. I appreciate the great ratings in spite of our clean up oversight.
