I had a spring break on my double car garage door and couldn’t get the door to come up and still had issues when I released it. Called A1 and told them what had happened and they advised me that someone would be there today between 1-6. They sent me a photo and profile of the tech that was coming and had him call me when he was 30 mins out. He did just that. Got here, very professional and showed me some different opinions and suggestions. We redone the springs, rollers and cables that the tech showed me ware. Bottom line, the initial repair was done and I had the tech replace all that was recommend at my wishes. Charlie’s was very polite and ensure that I know everything he was doing and went a little bit above. We are very please with the service!!
