Charles and his associate diagnosted the "grabbing problem with our double garage door" as needing additional support. They installed an additional horizontal band across the door and replaced the rollers and made necessary adjustments. The door does not close smoothly like it did before the grabbing problem and I am not confident that it won't get worse and require more attention.
