Had an appointment between 4-6 and salesman showed up at 8. Normally I would be annoyed but he kept me informed of the projected timeline of his arrival. The quote is the first one I have received for a door install and I am getting others but A1 has had great service and pricing when I used them before. We will most likely be doing business again. FYI Charles was great at explaining all products and services provided with the install and pointed out key differences between the door he offers and the door I was looking at at Menards. A1 is double the price of Menards but it is understandable why. Not surprised at the cost difference and will be willing to pay for it
