While I believe my technician was great the add in the flyer is misleading. The door opener iin the flyer is listed at $269.00 (which doesn't include tax and trip charge) the one that is suggested by the technician is $579.00. Unfortunately, you believe if they cannot fix your existing door opener it will cost $269.00. The advertisement should be changed so that you don't get shell shock when they give you the actual cost.
