Jimmy did a great job offering and explaining different options and patiently waited for us to decide which one to do.Then he went above and beyond in repairing the door as well.
I'm giving Jimmy 5 stars because he was courteous and efficient and I'm pleased with his work. But what I am NOT pleased with is the $33.32 "Mobile Convenience Fee" tacked onto my bill. I was not told before using my credit card that I would be charged this fee and that I could avoid it if I paid by check. I called Customer Service on 3/22, left a voicemail message for a supervisor named Bruce asking him to call me and he never called. I am very disappointed in Bruce and A1, but I'm not going to penalize Jimmy over my disappointment with the A1 Call Center.
