I'm giving Jimmy 5 stars because he was courteous and efficient and I'm pleased with his work. But what I am NOT pleased with is the $33.32 "Mobile Convenience Fee" tacked onto my bill. I was not told before using my credit card that I would be charged this fee and that I could avoid it if I paid by check. I called Customer Service on 3/22, left a voicemail message for a supervisor named Bruce asking him to call me and he never called. I am very disappointed in Bruce and A1, but I'm not going to penalize Jimmy over my disappointment with the A1 Call Center.
