Jimmy walked into the garage and immediately let me know what he saw and that is was more than a simple repair job. (Even I know our components are 20+ years old, though I had my fingers-crossed!) He explained both the code/law reasons as well as the practical/safety and expense issues. His is our second quote and a much better price for higher grade components AND a new steel/insulation/steel door. Another place was almost the same amount for replacing some components and rehabbing others and a door was an additional $1000 minimum. He was a friendly and having his picture and info sent in a text before he arrived (from the company) and a labeled truck was a great comfort.
