A-1 was great in answering all my questions, reviewing different options and showing up on the scheduled time. Replacing the doors was seamless. Todd arrived explained all that would be involved and went right to work. Once completed he reviewed everything and went over basic maitenance procedures that should be done occassionaly. I would highly reccomend Todd and A-1.
A1 was a great company to work with, from the sales representative that came to give me an estimate to customer service and the men who installed my new garage door and garage door opener. Everything was great except I had to pay for a part which was over $100 and still can’t locate the part!!!! I felt a bit taken advantage of but I needed my door fixed so I let it happen.

My garage door spring broke at 4:00pm and a technician was at my house by 5:00 pm. The door was repaired by 6:00pm. It was costly, but I (hopefully) upgraded to replacement parts that should keep the door functioning smoothly and quietly for many years to come.
