I was out of town during the visit but talked to him on the phone. I thought we were getting a new opener. We even discussed not needing a camera or wifi capabilities and a new opener would solve our problem of the vehicles being hit or miss on operating the door. I noticed the same operator installed and asked the wife. The report we received says the gears were replaced inside the existing opener. We could have bought a new opener with install from Lowe's with the added features for less money. We feel like we were taken advantage of and are disappointed in that.

Beater was a terrific serviceman! Right on time and rearranged his schedule to make sure he could provide me with same day panel replacements. He also spotted any problem areas to watch for in my aging door opener and 20 year old door springs! Looking forward to have him back to update my opener and aging parts!

Vester was very patient and worked with us for a long time to try and sink an app for our garage door opener. We have more work to do on this but Vester did all he could until we take the prior owner off the connection/cellphone control. He did an excellent job of fixing our door. This is the 2nd time he has been out and we always welcome him at our place. He's good and knows what he is doing.

Mr. Vester G from Action Garage is fantistic. I have such a headache for my wood garage door cause so heavy and previous builder did the poor installation, so almost every year have different problems. Vester is the expert in the garage door system and he corrected the door system.
