Hello! My garage door seemed to be on its last leg; the top quarter of the door became detached from the rest of it and was sort of dangling. It was the original door from when the house was built, which was 1997, so my worst fear was that I would have to buy a new one. I started calling around for estimates, hoping someone could just repair it (although it wasn’t looking good). The first company I called (Plano Overhead Garage Doors) told me I definitely needed a new door, and their estimate? Over $3,000! Out of the question. So next on my list was Action Garage Door Repair. Jose examined the door and told me in a matter of minutes what was wrong with it and that I didn’t need a new door—everything was reparable. His estimate? Under $1,000! Given the condition that the door was in, what he did to repair it was nothing short of a miracle. It works just like a new door! Jose told me he’s been fixing garage doors for 25 years, and it shows. Thank you, Jose! Go see this guy—he didn’t try to upsell me; he was just honest with me. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

Expectations were exceeded. I had an appointment between 8 - 11. Vester arrive at 8:00am. His experience was very and knowledge is very evident. He explained the differences between the differences between the products. He is very respectful and a good person. I was very glad with the service. He went above and beyond expectations. The company is one of the few companies that have someone to answer the phones. They are actually prompt with helping.
