Michael did a great job. Wound up having multiple problems which he was able to fix. Moral of the story is : do some preventative maintenance routinely. My door was installed in 2011. Repair cost was higher than original installation. Cost of inflation. Necessary fix just bad timing at this time of year. Michael obviously knew what he was doing.
