The Action company was very responsive and price competitive; but the best of my experience was seeing the technician, Vester, who has been in the garage door install/repair business for decades, go about the repair of my broken spring and overall additional general/preventive maintenance. He was very engaging and explained all things clearly upfront; i.e. what was included in the estimate, and throughout the entire repair and maintenance process; capping it all off with key and useful tips, clearly from his vast experience. I highly recommend Action, and especially Vester.

My husband and I are accustomed to having the most outstanding service by action garage, however, this most recent service request was less than desirable. While the garage unit was fixed, the demeanor and professionalism of the agent who is assigned to us was less than ideal. When I was engaging with the service agent, offering my thoughts I was talked over and the agent/tech refused to hear me out. The lack of communication and professionalism and dealing with customers who are paying for a service is appalling. I hope this is not the norm for all other agents as we continue forward.
