I was called with the message the technician would arrive at 10:25 AM. He arrived after 11:30 AM! I explained the problem, the garage door wasn’t opening when I pushed the button in my car or the one in the garage. He looked around a bit then he pushed two buttons on the unit in the ceiling of the garage. The door opened and closed normally! He may have been there 12 to 15 minutes. He said the charge was $120.00.

Antoinette, I'm very sorry that my technician didn't arrive at the promised time. We are typically very good about communicating any delays and ever send out a text where you can track the technician. I will get with dispatch to see what happened in an effort to prevent it form happening again. In regards to the charge we do have a minimum labor fee and service fee which is quoted at the time that the service call is booked. We did recommend maintenance at the time of service, the manufacturer recommends having it serviced annually however you did decline that service. I do hope that providing same day service and that your system is operational makes up for it. We do appreciate your business.

Cory was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem with my garage door and providing several quotes. He recommended what he would do, so I took his advice. He did a very thorough job performing the annual maintenance to make sure everything was working as it should. Woke up at 7 am to a loud bang. Got up to check if my wife hit the house backing out of our driveway. She comes in house says the garage door won’t open. Called Action Door, they were the only ones to respond. Can’t get your cars out if the garage door won’t open! They responded, guy heard the phone call and put it in emergency mode. Luke was here less the an hour later. Said it would take 1 1/2 hours. He finished up, checked and tested everything and was finished in 1 hour! Turned out the springs snapped, that was the loud noise! This company is both fair and very good!
