The garage door will not close without the button being held from the keypad inside the garage. Scheduled an appointment to check out the issue for the next day. The problem was that the sensors were not lining up correctly at the bottom of the garage door on both sides. Cleaned out the bottom of the door from all items that could interfere with the sensors. Re-aligned the sensors and checked to make sure the door would stay closed with the remote and keypad. All working fine.
