Customer needed a garage door evaluated to see if work would be needed. The house is for sale and the inspector stated the door is out of balance. We set up an appointment for the same day. We checked the door and everything seemed to be in pretty good shape. I tightened the springs and adjusted them to make sure the door open and closed properly. I also recommended that the customer look into a newer garage door opener with Wifi upgrades. We can give them a special since they chose us to inspect the door.
