Oh wow what great customer service. Ended up having to have a new opener which we felt might be the case. They gave me options and did not try to upsell me on anything. I really appreciated that because that has not been my past experience with other garage door companies. I will definitely be using Aladdin Doors for future needs. Will be contacting them soon to replace our other opener. Paul was so nice and even helped me program my car. I felt absolutely comfortable with him and felt he was doing what was best for us. Thanks Aladdin for the great customer service. Oh and the opener is do quite and that is the smoothest that door has been since we built this house 19 years ago. So pleased.
