I called on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm with a garage door that broke suddenly and would no longer close. All American was out to my house within just a few hours and worked through the cold and dark to get everything back up and running. Pricing was very clear and easy to understand and I was given options on which parts I would like to go with, from basic to upgraded. I was in control of the total price of the project. I would recommend All-American to anyone in need of garage door repair or replacement.

Dusty was very honest on what I need to get my garage door going again. He gave recommendations of what he think needs or don't need immediate replacing and presented me the costs for it all. He even knocked off a few bucks from labor as there weren't any complications on the job.

We were called out because the door would only open a foot off the ground after further inspection we noticed the springs were broken, after further inspection we also noticed the rollers were failing and causing the door to stick in the track and we also replaced those lubed up the door and all moving parts, after all the services were completed the door now runs quietly and smooth..
Customer scheduled an appointment because the door was not opening. Once I got on site I was able to diagnose it relatively quickly as a broken spring. Did my inspection and noticed cables and bottom brackets were rusting out and the rust was now transferring to the bottom, two rollers, typed up an estimate for the customer. The customer decided they wanted to move forward with the recommended part replacements. Once I got the door up and running it balanced well, ran smoothly, quietly, and efficiently.
Customer scheduled an appointment because he had a garage door opener issue. The customer was able to diagnose it as a broken gear, when I got on site, I did confirm it was a broken gear. It was on an opener he installed typed up multiple estimates for the customer that involved fixing/replacing the opener and replacing other worn and rusted parts on the door, including cables, rollers, bottom fixtures, and vertical track. Customer decided to move forward with the entire estimate replacing the opener as well as the worn/rusted parts on the door. Once work was completed the door balanced
Customer scheduled an appointment because she was having issues with her opener closing too far hitting the concrete and then reversing, as well as the opener, not opening the door all the way, I was able to quickly diagnose it as a limit issue, but with the edge of the opener, a replacement was recommended. Customer ultimately decided to move forward with a new garage door opener as well as rollers because three out of the 10 were seized up, creating extra resistance during operation. Once all work was completed the door and operated smoothly, quietly as if it were brand new.
