Overall satisfied with the job Dustin did and AmeriServ did for me on Dec 12th. Dustin explained everything that was needed to repair my garage door, he was efficient, and he was even nice enough to replace a light bulb in my garage as well. My original appointment window was missed, but Mr. Allison called and explained the reason, apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a discount on the service. Was kinda pricey to repair, but again, overall I'm satisfied with the customer service and assistance I received.
