I was not satisfied with the service due to a miscommunication initially but the Sales Manager was able to come up with a solution and Hal Hastings (GM) came by and make sure all is well and that I am satisfied. Alen did a great job installing my Garage doors and took care of all my concerns before leaving. I will definitely be using AmeriServ in the future and i'll let my neighbors know how well I was treated. Keep up the good work : )
