It took several calls to get a tech to my home, but Brady was very good when he got here. Knew what he was doing and gave me confidence the repair would be done right.
Arrived on time, quickly assessed problem and repaired it. Examined overall condition of both systems.
Chris was the technician. He discovered the problem within a few minutes and did a great job making the necessary adjustments. He was very friendly, and I enjoyed talking to him.
I thought the service technician did a very good job. I would recommend him to anyone of my neighbors. I thought the price was a little high. Your firm replaced two springs on the same door in late 2014 and I didn't pay near as much. I personally think the latest repair should of been cheaper. It was an easier repair. Also $8.00 a foot for the metal brackets I think is way too high.
Chris was excellent -- I offered him a cup of coffee it was so cold outside. Always going to ask for him -- gentleman and knew what was wrong. He represents your company well. Thank you....
I thought the service I needed was under warranty. It ended up being the actual garage door opener instead of a covered service from a year and a half ago. I wish that it could have been taken care of the first scheduled date instead of having to wait until over the weekend. I guess they were overbooked with appointments so mine had to change.
New garage door opener not working. Multiple attempts to get the tech back out here after first service call. Nobody seemed to know what needed to be done on the follow up service call. Finally got a follow appointment only to have the tech no show. Called 4 times on the day of the return appointment to get an idea on when the tech would be here. Was told 3 times I was his next stop or he is almost there. Only to be told 3 hours after the appointment window he would NOT be coming. Sat at home for 6 hours only to have him not show. Talked to the dispatcher who's attitude was "oh well". Not, we will get this done or we are sorry for the inconveience. Just oh well too bad computer glitch. Zero effort for customer service here. So then I was told he would be here first thing the next morning to install the new system. He showed up but didn't have the replacement opener with him! Really?! So I waited another 24 hours (48 from my original appointment) for him to come back with a replacement he was supposed come with 2 days prior. Then it turned out it was NOT the opener in the first place but the closing safety sensors WHICH I RECOMMENDED HE CHECK IN THE FIRST PLACE! So a quick 10 minute fix on the first service call 2 weeks ago turned into an 2 week ordeal with an inoperable garage door with you guys! Really?
