I had a garage door opener replaced. The service tech, Glenn, was very knowledgeable about the product. He did not try to upsell me on something I didn't need. I received a quote from another company but decided to go with Ameriserve. The pricing was competitive with a few dollars and it basically came down to service. Glenn did not have a part on his truck but assured me they could get it from another truck and have it installed later on that day (approx. 2 hours). I decided to go ahead and wait. Within 1 hour, another service tech (I believe his name was Michael) arrived with the part and said he was going to start the job and that Glenn would be back to finish it up. I was thoroughly impressed with the teamwork and professionalism of these two technicians. Glenn was efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely use this company again when my other opener goes.
