The arrival tech was extremely courteous, knew what he was doing, and performed as a professional. He shared his feelings about my installation and what HE felt contributed to on-going problems, as well as items to watch for in the future. ie: slack in door cables, a crack in top panel, etc. Problems continue since purchase of house nearly 10 years ago from builder. Some of problems found were caused in 2014 when Ameriserve replaced torsion spring(s) but didn't have recommended new opener in stock. It was installed by 2nd tech who didn't check or adjust torsion. It's so much quieter & has never run as smoothly as now. Hope it lasts!!
