Service Call: Commercial Overhead Door Issue: The door is stuck and seems to be an issue with chain or pulley system. Work Completed: The technician found everything to be tangled so he untangled it and got the chain hoist back to working condition. It looks like it was not used properly causing it to malfunction and the safety to be triggered. One everything was put back together the technician cycled it multiple times for safe and proper operation and taught the staff how to properly operate the system.
