Service Call: Commercial Overhead Door Issue: The Cables have come off Work Completed: Technician put the cables back on and found the bottom section basket damaged and getting caught on the head throwing the cables off. Technician installed temporary stopper so door can't go higher. Tested the door multiple times for safe and proper operation.
