It was an excellent service experience. Jason notified me prior arriving at my house for the service. He listened carefully about the issues with my stuck garage door. He then explained me what’s the problem and confirmed that the estimated work is needed to fix the garage door. He provided me an estimate of how long it will take him and started the job. Once the job was finished, he demonstrated all the functionalities of the newly installed garage door opener. He suggested some maintenance tasks to keep the garage running smoothly. Overall, Jason was very professional and provided excellent service.
