The garage door opener died. I called on Thursday afternoon for service. Leo arrived on Friday morning. Unfortunately the opener couldn’t be repaired. A new LiftMaster was installed by early afternoon. Service was fast, efficient and friendly.

Craftsman mechanical limits assembly was off. If problem persists then we will need new assembly installed with no labor per Robert.

Both bottom rollers out. Old rollers worn down. Cuatomer closed on a tool in the garage and it cause the wheels to pop out of track.
Broken gear and sprocket on right garage door. Door and springs working well.
Arrived to property in Bonita and customer stated that door would buckle when closing. Found cracked section causing buckling during operation. Performed 25 point safety inspection and found springs over turned in order to balance door and possible spring breakage in future. Emailed estimate for new springs. Installed all parts, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, tested all safety systems and door/operator running optimally at this time minus estimated parts needed to be replaced. Next recommended tune up service March 2021.
