2yrs ago Leo came out and installed a new garage door opener and spring, realigned all my rollers and just did an amazing job. 2 days ago the last remaining original spring went out and Leo came back and fixed it also. Two Springs 207x2x28.0 Left and Right, torsion tube 16feet, 7ft Cables, Anchor Plate, Bearings, Drums Residential Enberin Plate.
Install 16 ft channel and rubber seal. Cut-down retainer to fit 15 ft door.
New remotes added to door for customer.
Crashed door reset, aligned tract, added tension to the springs. Lube and tune service. It's possible the the tract was to close to the frame causing severe binding on one side.
I supplied and installed 1 16x7 Clopay door and 1 Liftmaster 8550WLB GDO.
Safety Eyes Gene, Two Springs 207x22 Right and left
Reset door in track straightened tracks replaced incorrect size springs. Replaced faulty gear, and sprocket assy, and one number 2 hinge, and lubicated, and serviced all remaining hardware in chula vista.
