Door fine track fine nothing is bent - the small bend Customer was referring to was normal wear and tear- door jackshaft gdo works just fine - just needed lubrication / the only thing abnormal was safety sensors were mounted way to high so I moved them down to code height

Early 2000 genie screwdrive bad circuit board motor just buzzing. Needs new unit- Customer is choosing to buy gdo from home depot and have us install for 150 -no charge for today she spent a lot of money last time
Customer had bad sensors, 1 bad limit switch, and a stripped genie trolley. Replaced all, and door seems to work well in hemet.
Drove all the way out to Hemet cust changed his mind said it was too expensive after talking to his wife. Cust refused to pay service call 99$

Against code and in safe to put Jack shaft on this application. Low head and vault release as well. I apologized and thanked him for his business we installed the door looms great
The homeowner called us for a tune up on their garage door. The remote also has a dead battery.
Arrived to property in Menifee and customer stated that door would not open. Found cause to be broken spring. Upon further inspection found drum and end bearing on left side looking out extremely worn due to single spring install forcing drum against bearing. Also found no bottom weather seal and retainer causing gap when closed. Customer agreed to new springs, end bearings and drums. Emailed estimate for new bottom weather seal and retainer. Installed all parts, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware and door/operator running optimally at this time. Next recommended tune up service December 2020. ***REVISED*** Recieved phone call from customer agreeing to new bottom weather seal. Returned to property and installed all parts.
Repaired small sectional door , reinstall back T handle lock , lubes and fixed end bearing plates , THIS DOOR IS NOT COMMERCIAL DOOR.
