CALLED GARAGE MEDIC THIS MORNING DUE TO GARAGE DOOR PROBLEM, BRIDGET SAID SHE'D HAVE SOMEONE AT MY HOME WITHIN 1 HOUR........LEO SHOWED UP ON TIME , TESTED AND FOUND THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY, AND EXPLAINED MY OPTIONS IN DETAIL...…...LEO FIXED MY GARAGE DOOR FAST AND EFFECTIVELY...….THE COST OF REPAIRS WAS REASONABLE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT LEO/GARAGE MEDICS FIXED MY GARAGE DOOR.....ALL WORK HAS BEEN EXCELLENT AND LEO IS OUTSTANDING AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE !!!!!!!...….I ALWAYS USE "GARAGE DOOR MEDICS" OUTSTANDING PEOPLE AND QUALITY WORK !!!!!

Fixed lag to hardware and adjustable arm.
Lube and tune service. Top truss is custom made and its stripping the thread using 9/16th nuts. Needs a new door. Everything else is safe
Door making alot of noise. Tightened the chain and gate pivot point and lubricated motor rail. Door got alot quieter. She mentioned issues with hold open on other gate. Will call us again if it happens more. Could be loop detector or safety eyes as they have free exit, safety loops, and photo eyes on that gate. That call would be a charged call.
Replaced logic board and programmed keypad. Included tune up and lubrication service.
Deposit taken for logic board on 8550 WL with battery back up 2018 model. Need to order and pick up part before booking appointment to go back out.
Serviced both door and rebalanced the front gate. The ilo right spring had been unscrewed a bit. I am basing this off the new metal and old metal visible. I tightened to the point it was before and door is balanced again. Sagging down after opening is gone now.
Loose senor, I added a wing nut. Several loose bolts. Adjusted tract, and popped roller back in the tract.
Parts not in yet. Customer has 3" black pivot rollers for tilt up gate. The allomatic ones are 1". Will need to reschedule when correct size is available for pickup.

Bad safety sensors. Replaced and put new gel capsules for wire nuts to help fight the corrosion. Will need new operator in future but for now its working as intended. Gate balanced very well.
Decreased close limit and showed customer how to unlock the liftmaster hercules opener , gate opener was pushing against the chain and was unable to release lock. Please see pic and not for additional repair customer want.
Tracts were installed too tightly, I flared them out a bit and lubricated everything. Door now moves much smoother. Lube and tune service. Also wiring for wellbutrin was shorting at button and motor head. Issue has been fixed.
Repaired ome garage door, need to come back to address the other two doors. Please bring 4 sl728 springs, two sets of safety eyes, and 5 mechanical genie limit switches.
Gene Safety Eyes, one bottom retainer 1/78, 16ft bottom seal, and two Gene Remotes.
