Garage Door Medics showed up within an hour of our call. We had a broken spring on our roll up double door and Preston quickly assessed the issue and had all the parts in his vehicle. He completed the repair and tune up within the hour. Our door is so much quieter now and operates so smooth. Preston even straightened brackets and tightened bolts that had been neglected during the original installation. Great job and highly recommended!

Safety eye wire issue, lube and tune service.
Broken torsion spring. Replaced springs and door working.

New springs installed, I waived labor and gave spring special.
Everything with the door is working perfect. Did not see any issues.
Two new remotes, lubricated on of the doors.
Opened up craftsman motor, and cleaned rpm sensor, mechanical limit switches. All other connection were tested. Did not see any issue with motor. Turned up pressure dials. Lube and tune service. Replaced #3 hinge.
Freyed cables replaced, lube and tune service. Reprogrammed remotes and keypad.
Crashed door level 2. Gave quote for putting garage door back on track and balancing door. Also gave quote for springs if needed. Assessment only today.
Arrival 1240pm. Motor stuggljng to open door. Added quarter turn to both springs and lubricated door. Still struggles at bottom. Tested by hand and springs holding door balanced at each position. Needs new rollers on the door to roll smoothly enough for motor to run.
Attempted to call at 425pm. Given customer distance and scope of work to be done we need to confirm if they are ok with after hour rates for the door work to be done. Gate operator to be assessed at time of visit. Will attempt to confirm with customer in a few more minutes. If unsuccessful please reach out to customer tomorrow and reschedule. Preferably morning call so that we don't miss the window again.
Lube and tune service, door and motor are in excellent working order. Liftmaster motor.
Lube and tune service. Door should have a vault release even though he has a batterie backup motor. Also recommending custom cables for odd opening size. For more opening clearance. We will need the swagging kit if customer decides he wants it done. Door has custom 273 coils.
