After our garage door literally fell off the rails and collapsed due to the first “repair” an “authorized vendor” that our fraudulent and corrupt slumlord of a propery management company (MYND Property Management) did more damage to himself than he did to the door which he actually destroyed more. A second company i found came and repaired the more damaged entryway to our home because I refused to allow the clearly unqualified and unprofessional continue to be a liabilty ESPECIALLY DURING MY FIRST NIGHT MOVED IN. But when my door came down a third time I was just expecting to have an emergency door put in at an astronomical price as it happened late in the day and left me no way to get my car out, motorcycle in, or not have to sit on the steeps all night ensuring no visitors got curious with storing my possessions. I called the GARAGE DOOR MEDICS after a google search showed 3 companies near me. It was a complete shot in the dark at 7:30 pm, but essential to the trajecotry of energy in my world that evening and next day. Robert T from GARAGE DOOR MEDICS is literally the GARAGE DOOR WHISPER. Candace from headquarters was able to listen to my issue, understand my sense of urgency, and communicate with me in a manner that was honest, trustful, and in reality a major component to me not losing my mind because of My previous experiences with MYND Property Management. Thank you Robert T. for the miracle repair, Candace for your patience, reassurance, and understanding. I am still speechless, in a long winded and hopefully positive review, that still does not begin to express the gratitude and respect this company has earned tonight

Tension spring on my garage door broke. Called Garage Door Medics and Preston the service tech came out and completed the repair. He was absolutely amazing and super knowledgeable with anything and everything garage doors. He completed the repair and went above and beyond what was expected. Preston replaced the springs and lubricated all the necessary parts and made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. I would highly recommend using this company for any garage door repair. The homeowner called us because their garage door would not close.
Replaced one hinge, programmed 2 remotes, and lubicated, and serviced all remaining hardware in oceanside.
Replaced all rollers, and added a strut to straighten, and reinforce door. Also lubicated, and serviced all remaining hardware in oceanside.
