Avi came out to do a quote. He was great at covering all my options with regard to either fixing it or replacing it. He answered all my questions completely and made suggestions. I opted to go with a new door since the one I had was over twenty years old and a little beat up. Approximately two weeks later Pedro, the installer, came out and did a fantastic job. Before starting he went over all the specifics of the install making sure he wasn’t overlooking anything. It was installed quickly and properly. Pedro tested everything and went over how the new smart garage door opener worked by downloading and using an app. The whole experience was great and they kept in touch throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend them.

Alligned safety sensors, and lubricated as a courtesy. Customer has waited two days for service.
Replaced a broken coupler, and serviced, and lubicated all remaining hardware in ramons.
Lube and tune service. Lock was engaged. Added angle iron too single car door.
I supplied and installed 1 16x7 Clopay door and 1 Liftmaster 8160WB GDO.
I supplied and installed 35'of gray bottom seal (T shape) on 3 different doors. I also lubricated all moving parts.
Replaced bad sensors and worn rollers with nylon bearing for 18'x8' front door , was recomended to do the same on the other door
Walked customer throughnsensor allignment. Gave tips for future troubleshooting, and thanked him for his business.
Installed opener and springs with hardware on the door 14'x7'10" clopay

Eighty mull swing arm gate , installed 12v battery and reconfigured wires,gate have 2 exit loop to open one on each side . works only on the gate >inside the ranch.she have the main gate with the keypad on the main entery to the rance right off the 78 (Northside)left if driving up from San Diego. She will be interested in a new gate for the main entery LA 400 with entery wired keypad..
Door was hit by car causing issue with door binding going down in Ramona. Door also heavy creating slack at the header. Cables were additionally frayed and drums and bearings were ground out. Recommended and replaced a new set of cables, end bearings, drums, 2 springs, strut and threw in a keypad at no charge. Included tune up and lubrication service.
Arrived to property in Ramona for annual maintenance check up. After 25 point safety inspection found springs on double garage fatigued and bottom weather seal on both doors need replacement. Customer agreed to new springs and bottom weather seal. Installed all parts, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, adjusted limits/force settings, tested all safety systems including battery backup and doors/operators running optimally at this time. Next recommended tune up service April 2021.
Worked on all three doors, reset cables on far left door. Added a strut to middle door, and a new motor and support strut on the right door. Lube and tune service.
