The customer does not know if he wants to repair the door or get a brand new one he needs to speak with his wife in regards to this and she is unavailable at the moment. He is looking for carriage house doors he has a motor with no battery backup so this would be a door and motor combination and I told him since I don't know what door he wants he can get into a carriage house door with a new motor for around $3,500 installed. If he wants to repair this door it's going to be about 800 it needs to struts new Springs and Center bearing

Programmed new car to external receiver.
New spring installed, jackshaft motor on a low head three door. The tensioner and mag lock are not installed properly.
4 new springs installed, lube and tune service.
I did an inspection on garage doors an opener. I also adjusted and lubricated all moving parts and realigned tracks.
Customer has a bad gear, and sprocket, but has opted to replace the head unit.
Upon arrival the opener was completely wigging out. Had to kill the power, and the battery for 30 seconds, and the do a complete reprogram, and now it seems to be working properly in solana beach.
