New springs installed, lube and tune service.
Replaced spring and genie trolley. Door balanced and working again

I replaced 1 section that has a damaged insulation, under warranty by the door manufacturer.
Increased force settings. Customer stated door having issues opening jntermittently. Door is balanced well and rolls smoothly. If issue persists we will need new logic board or belt gear and sprocket kit. Pics on file. Estimate can be generated if problem perIsts.
