Torsion spring replacement 2 springs door runs great 16x8 sectional genie
Power switch was off turned on, and cycled 4 times. No errors. Maybe intermittent. Instructed customer to leave power switch on if it malfunctions again so we can diagnose.
Replaced batteries, installed receiver, and three remotes, and lubicated, and serviced gate, and actuators in wildomar.
Door off track last company very poorly install so we put back on track and made all kinds of adjustments to align track re set cable tension. Door was jumping cables because cables were never set correctly. Full lubrication and re set genie manuel limit switch up limit switch to high which made door jump off worse---runs awsome now cust is very happy
Cust bumped door with car off track so put back on track Add 16 foot strut to bottom section of Windsor door then balance for weight added from strut the full lube tune up on door and gdo liftmaster 1/3 cust very happy
Install new torsion springs on 16x8 clopay non insulated door w glass
Need to bring replacement glass for 3 short panel pieces of glass. Spoke w joel says it's a 2 man job to hold and pound on frames ...check labels on side of door before ordering glass confirm with Joel please then send us both out to install . Please call raynor get price information for the clip's please!!!!!!! Dont forget to add in price of clips I had no way of pricing the clips
Doors are both balanced perfectly just lube and tune. New rollers added strut door is good to go.
Serviced, lubricated, and inspected door, and opener. Newer door, and newer opener. Discussed, and quoted for a torsion conversion for future needs.
