Great initial response. Then much uncertainty as to when they would be able to get the problem fixed and the motor in stock. I had to call them. Then service was to be delayed another 6 days (12 total). Texted the night before to confirm scheduled time of service the following day. Received a snarky text back saying all should be as planned unless I had heard something different. Called them on scheduled day of service after nobody showed, and was told there was a miscommunication. Finally came the next morning.
