We had a couple of issues for Terry to repair, and he got right to it. He communicated that the larger problem would take place in a couple of days because a part was needed. He personally made sure that he would find a place for us on their very busy schedule. Terry was a bit late, but called to make sure we knew he was on his way. That does not always happen and we sit for hours, wondering. I am a huge fan of communication! We had a pleasant experience and would call your company again!
