I called on Friday at close to 4:30 and was pleasantly surprised that I could get my garage door fixed that afternoon. The tech that arrived was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and in general a good guy. It would have been understandable if there had been a certain degree of irritation about having his Friday night taken, but not only did we not see any of that he seemed genuinely concerned that the job get done and get done right. Do what you need to in order to keep this guy with your company. He is an asset and a great ambassador for your company. We will definitely be calling you for our future repair needs, as well as, when we replace the door.
