Jose was great! I had a few issues I was dealing with. He was able to address them all. I didn't want to move off the of the motor I had since it had a warranty on it. He gave me an option that I thought was gone. In the end I got everything addressed to get my garage door back to operating as it should for what I feel was a fair price.
