I thought his name was Jonathan- (maybe it was Brandon)? ANYHOW- This was Seriously the BEST customer service I’ve had in ages. Made my life leaps and bounds easier. He Has been so patient with my redundant questions. What an A+ employee. He cared- and that’s rare. Give him a raise. Really. Anyone willing to deal with me- and in the cold deserves a raise. Thank you so much! But companies like yours should feel lucky to have an employee like him.
