The tech called prior to his arrival to tell me what time he would be at my house. He arrived promptly. Immediately got to work to assess the issue and quickly identified the problem. He explained the issue and gave me a price. While no one likes paying out money, however, if it means I can resume using my garage door opener to park my cars, it was worth the cost.
