2nd Generation installed our chimney liner in 2019 and we have used them to clean and inspect our chimney since. The staff are always punctual, friendly and professional. They always share any issues or concerns they may see and make recommendations, if any. Highly Professional and Competent. Showed up at the scheduled time and was prompt and efficient with the cleaning. Took photos showing the buildup inside the flue and made recommendations on the need for a mid season (January timeframe) cleaning so as to prevent possible flue fires from occurring due to the extra buildup. Very reassuring the information shared regarding the condition of the whole system. Overall, the company is awesome. I had them install the liner and have been using them ever since for cleaning and maintenance. Lisa always sends me reminders of upcoming scheduled cleanings so I don’t forget to get it done before the winter. AAA+ overall rating for crew and company.
