Tyler came out to check out our fireplace and chimney since we’d noticed lots of cracks, missing mortar, etc. He efficiently checked it out, taking photos along the way. He explained what he’d found and offered solutions, and gave us costs for each. We haven’t scheduled the work yet, but we’re very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. I will do another review once the job is complete.
