Called regarding 2 issues: one was something loose in chimney banging during windstorms and requested they bring long ladder. Upon arrival, told outside scope of work for visit. Should have stated at initial call.

I called 2nd Generation about getting an inspection and cleaning of the chimneys in our house. They did a thorough inspection and found our fireplaces to be unsafe. After talking with Tyler about the damage, he gave us several options and took the time to answer all my questions. He didn’t try and “sell” me something but instead gave his professional thoughts and laid out several avenues and options with his own personal thoughts for the space. I felt very confident in the plan for the project and in using them for the repairs.
