In fact, the project cost was above the first bid we received from another company, but we have moved forward with the 2nd Generation bid because of the detailed conversation we were able to have. We had chimney service in St. Paul in 2020, and ended up needing to have the flue relined. In a new location now, so had an inspection and video done to see if all is well.
