hard workers, polite, arrived on time. All workers seemed to know their job duties and it appears the problem with the exterior walls is fixed.. Main complaint was the end or clean up. Dirt was not leveled out in crawlspace, plastic not put back like it was before they started, and mortar thrown in yard.

The workers were diligent and professional, especially the job foreman, Beau. He was courteous and very helpful. Overall the crew did an excellent job in tight working conditions.

I got 3 estimates for crawlspace repair. They were all very different. The house Inspection gave something else. American Standard people were very convincing that I should have all 16 piers repaired, not just 2. Now the floor is more uneven. And, 2 companies said that I should encapsulate. Not Amer. Standard. Prices vary. Make sure that all you want done is included in your estimate and that you won't have to bring in other companies which will greatly increase the price.

The company in itself, is a dedicated, loyal outfit, that truly goes out of their way to assist their customers needs. The work crew are very professional and complete their work in a timely and efficient manner. The results are outstanding and would highly recommend this company to others.

Only complaint I have is they are very hard on any shrubbery - basically will have to replace everything where they worked. I requested they remove two shrubs that were essentially distroyed but they did not. I knew in advance the shrubs would be destoyed. They also don't put the downspout drains back like they should.
