Checking a crawl space for encapsulation. The encapsulation could be done if the owners really wanted it, but was not needed. What was found as I inspected the crawlspace was that water was found coming from the front flowerbeds. That can cause the foundation to settle. So I am writing a estimate and contract to divert water from the flowerbeds out and around the house and away from the crawlspace.
